Sometimes I really want to just get a list of all the available commands,
and don't want to have to remember if what I'm interested in has to do
with tickets or sync or whatever.

just made it more explicit in 'sd help' that running help on a specific
command should redirect you to the right help file even if there is no
help for that specific command listed in the intro
